With an extensive background in leasing, new construction, and education, Erika Mitschke joined The Agency Cleveland in 2023 to unite her client-focused approach to sales with The Agency’s robust marketing and technology platforms. Her love for real estate began when she worked as a new construction sales agent for a local builder, where she received accolades for top performance.

Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Erika grew up in Walton Hills, where she met her husband, creating deep roots in the community.
